Each player is permitted exactly one registered kkbb account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, kkbb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending balances pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits set out in the applicable promotional terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
You are solely responsible for keeping your kkbb login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to kkbb support immediately.
Collusion, fraud, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any other form of dishonest play are strictly prohibited. kkbb uses detection systems to identify and act on violations, including permanent account closure.

Each individual is strictly limited to one registered Account on the kkbb Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or other credentials — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kkbb may close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any Balances pending investigation.
kkbb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations regarding responsible gaming and fraud prevention. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is approved or at any other time determined by kkbb:
Failure to provide satisfactory Verification Documents within a reasonable timeframe of a request may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another Player's Account.
kkbb recommends that you choose a strong, unique password for your Account and that you do not reuse passwords from other online services. You should log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kkbb immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. kkbb will take reasonable steps to assist with Account recovery and investigation, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
kkbb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kkbb does not charge players a fee for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. kkbb reserves the right to revise this minimum at any time with reasonable prior notice published on the Platform.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
kkbb aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment method, account verification status, and operational volumes. Players will be notified of the status of their withdrawal request through their Account dashboard.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. kkbb reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances after appropriate notice. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact kkbb support.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and any other promotional rewards offered by kkbb are subject to these General Bonus Terms and to any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these General Bonus Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be fulfilled before the funds — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Players are advised to review the applicable Wagering Requirement in full before opting into any promotion.
Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse kkbb's bonus or promotional systems constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets across multiple Accounts or in coordination with other players; and placing bets on outcomes with low or negligible risk specifically to satisfy Wagering Requirements. kkbb reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotional terms will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically. kkbb is not obligated to reinstate expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances.
All sports bets placed on the kkbb Platform are governed by kkbb's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. kkbb reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently where a match, event, or market has been affected by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, proven match-fixing or corruption findings, or data feed errors.
All casino games available on the kkbb Platform are provided by third-party certified game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Microgaming, and Ezugi — and are governed by the rules specific to each game as displayed within the game interface. kkbb does not control the outcome of casino games, which are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective providers.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data error that affects the display of odds, game results, or Account Balances, kkbb reserves the right to void affected bets and/or transactions and restore Balances to their pre-error state. kkbb will endeavour to resolve technical errors promptly and to communicate resolutions to affected Players.
Maximum single-bet payout limits apply to all sports betting markets on the kkbb Platform. Specific limits are displayed within the applicable market at the time of bet placement. kkbb reserves the right to restrict maximum payout limits for individual Players or markets at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkbb Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; scrape or extract Platform data for commercial purposes; or use the kkbb brand or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by kkbb in writing.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit kkbb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by kkbb's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
kkbb reserves the right to suspend a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Account is being used fraudulently or in connection with criminal activity; or the Account requires investigation for responsible gaming, identity verification, or payment security purposes.
kkbb may permanently close a Player's Account following investigation where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, kkbb reserves the right to forfeit any Balance in the Account, void any pending bets, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
You may close your kkbb Account at any time by contacting kkbb support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified withdrawable Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Any non-withdrawable Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.
kkbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kkbb will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or in-Account notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.3.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. kkbb makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kkbb's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the Player's country of residence, to the extent permitted by local law.
